Welcome to Autumn Brew Coffee.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Autumn Brew Coffee website, customer account, loyalty programme, online services, promotions, rewards, ordering features, and related services.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Autumn Brew Coffee
Autumn Brew Coffee is a sole proprietorship based in Mizoram, India.
For the purposes of these Terms, references to “Autumn Brew,” “Autumn Brew Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the Autumn Brew Coffee proprietorship.

2. Use of the Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- misuse the website or its services;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, or systems;
- interfere with website security or operation;
- provide deliberately false or fraudulent information;
- misuse coupons, loyalty rewards, promotional offers, or customer accounts;
- create duplicate accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards;
- manipulate transactions, visits, predictions, milestones, or loyalty activity;
- scrape or commercially reproduce website content without permission; or
- use automated systems in a manner that disrupts our services.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website, loyalty programme, or customer account system is being misused.
3. Customer Accounts
Certain Autumn Brew services may require a customer account. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- keeping your registered mobile number or email accessible;
- protecting your account and authentication methods; and
- informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You can create an Autumn Brew Coffee customer loyalty account with phone OTP verification, Google sign-in, or another account flow we provide. Your account does not provide staff or admin access.
We may merge, suspend, correct, or deactivate duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly created accounts.
4. Authentication and OTPs
We may use one-time passwords (OTPs), verification links, or similar methods to authenticate customers. You should never share your OTP with another person.
You are responsible for using a phone number, email address, and Google account that belong to you.
OTP delivery may depend on third-party mobile networks, messaging providers, internet connectivity, and other systems outside our direct control.
5. Products
Products available from Autumn Brew may include coffee, beverages, roasted beans, sourdough, bakery items, food, and merchandise.
Availability may vary. Because many products are handcrafted or freshly prepared, minor variations in shape, colour, weight, texture, or appearance may occur. Product photographs are illustrative.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, shipping charges, or applicable taxes will be shown separately where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time.
7. Orders
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. An order is accepted once confirmed through the website or an authorised Autumn Brew channel.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment fails, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected. Payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded.
8. Pickup, Delivery and Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Delivery and shipping times are estimates and may be subject to weather, courier delays, or operational factors.
9. Perishable Products
Many Autumn Brew products are freshly prepared and perishable. Returns for change of mind are not available for perishable food items.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly with photos for resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under consumer law.
10. Allergens
Our products are prepared in environments handling wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. Traces of allergens may be present. Customers with severe allergies should contact Autumn Brew prior to ordering.
11. Autumn Beans and Loyalty Programme
Autumn Brew operates the Beans loyalty programme. Autumn Beans are promotional loyalty credits where 1 Autumn Bean provides ₹1 of eligible redemption value.
Autumn Beans are not legal tender, cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot be transferred or traded, and may only be redeemed in accordance with loyalty programme rules.
12. Loyalty Transactions
Beans are issued only for completed and recorded transactions. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or cancelled, associated Beans, milestones, or benefits will be reversed accordingly.
13. Milestones and Rewards
Reaching visit or spend milestones may unlock special rewards, discounts, or vouchers. Rewards are subject to validity periods, store conditions, and product availability, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Promotions and Coupons
Promotions and discount coupons are subject to stated terms and validity dates. Unless explicitly indicated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
15. Payments
Digital payments are handled securely through third-party payment gateways. Autumn Brew does not store full payment card details.
16. Cancellations and Refunds
For freshly made orders, cancellations cannot be made after food or beverage preparation has commenced. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
17. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, photography, graphics, recipes, descriptions, and site content are the intellectual property of Autumn Brew Coffee and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
18. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party service providers (such as point-of-sale records, SMS gateways, Google sign-in, and cloud hosting) to deliver our services. Third-party services are subject to their respective terms.
19. Website Availability
We strive for continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform routine maintenance, system updates, or emergency fixes as needed.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Autumn Brew will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. This version governs accounts that consent to effective version 2026-08-notice-v1. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective revision date.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mizoram, India.
